By proceeding with your purchase you are consenting to the terms and conditions as listed herein. You understand that the item/s you are purchasing are ‘made to order’ items created in our studio specifically for you. This means that once your order is placed, specialty fabrics are ordered and manufacturing begins. It may take up to four weeks to be produced and sent to you. Each piece we produce and prepare to send it’s checked to ensure it meets our high quality control standards. Our team will aim to keep you updated on the progress of your order using the contact details you provide. Updates will be but are not limited to the following.
- Your order has been placed and received
- Your order has been processed
- Your fabric has been ordered
- Your fabric has been received
- Your garment has been cut
- Your garment is in production
- Your garment is being finished
- Your garment was sent & your order is complete
Updates are provided at the discretion of Cameron & James. Once your order is placed, the garment, size, material and style cannot be altered. By proceeding you are confirming these details as final and no refund will be available for items due to incorrect ordering. By placing your order, you confirm that the size and item description are final, so please ensure to thoroughly check your order before confirming.
In the unforeseen event of any issues when your item is received please contact the Cameron & James support team within 14 days by emailing email@example.com with your order number in the subject line. Goods must be approved for any return to be considered at the discretion of Cameron & James. We will endeavour to replace or repair any unsuitable items to the best of our ability within reason. You may wish to insure returned goods as Cameron & James will not be held responsible for returned but not received goods. Goods must be returned in the same state for any refund/replacement/repair to be considered.
Please note that by purchasing, you are bound by these terms and conditions and accept that no refund or replacement will be issued unless approved by Cameron & James. This means that Cameron & James cannot take responsibility for incorrect sizes, unsuitability, and change of mind or any other particulars. Do not order our ‘made to order’ items or custom items if you do not agree to these terms. The choice of order is the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders ordered in our pre-sale will commence from December 07. Orders will be produced periodically in order from first to last. We can not guarantee that orders will be completed in time for your event however if it is a rush order please email us at email@example.com and we will try and work with you. For further information or updates on your garment please don’t hesitate to contact us.
